Adds SignalsFeed to the x402 ecosystem page under
Services/Endpoints.This PR adds the following:
typescript/site/app/ecosystem/partners-data/signalsfeed/metadata.jsontypescript/site/public/logos/signalsfeed.svgSignalsFeed is a paid, agent-ready feed of AI, semiconductor, and macro signals with credibility, sentiment, and impact scoring. It supports x402 payments and offers free discovery plus paid full-record fetches.
Tests
Not run.
This change only adds ecosystem metadata and a static logo asset for the site.
