Add boring-api / geo and boring-api / convert to ecosystem

Adds two services from the boring-api family to the ecosystem under Services/Endpoints.

Services

boring-api / geo — https://geo.boring-api.com

Pure-library geocoding & spatial math. 10 paid endpoints: distance, distance-matrix, bbox, point-in-polygon, polygon-area, polygon-centroid, nearest, bearing, destination, timezone.

boring-api / convert — https://convert.boring-api.com

Document & data format conversion. 15 paid endpoints: 10 in-Worker (HTML/Markdown, JSON/YAML/CSV, hash, base64) plus 5 forwarded to a private Cloud Run pandoc/chromium origin (PDF + DOCX).

How they use x402

• Both services use the CDP facilitator (https://api.cdp.coinbase.com/platform/v2/x402) for verify + settle on Base mainnet.
• USDC on Base, $0.0005–$0.008 per call depending on endpoint.
• Bazaar discovery extension is wired (each PaymentRequirement.outputSchema carries input.type: "http", method, bodyType/queryParams, and a discoverable flag) so endpoints surface in agentic.market once a settlement lands.
• OpenAPI 3.1 doc at /openapi.json with per-operation x-payment-info. Cross-promotion via Link headers (rel=service-desc/alternative/related-service), X-Boring-API-Family header, and an x-boring-api-meta envelope in the 402 body.
