Removes [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid), [@apollo/server](https://github.com/apollographql/apollo-server/tree/HEAD/packages/server) and [@storybook/addon-actions](https://github.com/storybookjs/storybook/tree/HEAD/code/addons/actions). These dependencies need to be updated together.
