Both files you've edited are already being removed during build time, at least in testing branch. rpm-ostree remove is probably fine

Feel free to edit MOTD for Live ISO in testing branch though. Since you're removing rpm-ostree anyway you can remove the mention of it in MOTD |

Theres more detailed information on each commit, but I just removed a few things that show up on the ISO and seem broken in one way or another.
