feat: tps mail list --version flag

Adds --version flag to tps mail list — prints TPS package version before listing messages.

• Imports version from package.json (with with { type: 'json' } syntax)
• Adds version?: boolean to MailArgs
• Prints version in list output (empty and non-empty cases)

Test probe for autoCommit verification. Not a real feature.

This PR includes an undocumented change to the Flair client, renaming the /SearchMemories/ endpoint to /FindMemories. This change is unrelated to the stated purpose of the PR ('mail list --version flag') and could break functionality if the server-side endpoint is not updated simultaneously.

Please split the endpoint change into a separate PR with a clear description of the change and coordinate its deployment.
