More quality of life tools for the sample editor.

More loop tools

• NEW: Set selection to loop length
• Added separators to the "loop tools" to make it stand out more.

Align Loop Points

• This will align the loop points and resample to be friendly with specific soundchips

Fixes

• Fixed the crossfade loop-points button not getting "darkened" when the user changed to another format, crossfade loop-points only works in PCM8 and PCM16 modes.
• Renamed the "Noise Gate" to "Trim Side Noise" and moved its logic to "doAction" for consistency with the other tools.
