feat(shield): add host support (universal_ebpf) on gke-autopilot

What this PR does / why we need it:

• GKE Autopilot support for version >= 1.32.2-gke.1652000;
• No custom images supported: only the default quay.io/sysdig/agent-slim is supported;
• No proxy configuration supported at the moment;
• rapid_response feature is not supported at the moment.
