Migrate to f5 ingress nginx from the no-longer maintained community ingress-nginx controller (https://docs.nginx.com/nginx-ingress-controller/install/migrate-ingress-nginx/)
I've tested that all the functionality is the same as before. Scripts had to be updated to use the different ingress setups that the f5 nginx-ingress supports (master/minion ingresses, etc).
