Purpose
This adds a warning
typeandsubtypewhen logging if thenumfig_formatis not defined. This addresses cases where users did not want to usenumfigfor certain elements (#10316) and set the format toNone. Adding this feature allows users to suppress these warnings for linting purposes.References
