Description

Updates the Atlas SVR searcher onboarding guide with additional guidance for searchers.

This PR clarifies how the Atlas reputation system affects bid inclusion for non-Ethereum mainnet SVR auctions and adds a subscription link for searchers who want to receive timely Chainlink SVR updates.

Changes

• Added a Searcher Onboarding note to the Atlas SVR onboarding page
• Documented that Atlas uses two reputation groups for searcher bid inclusion
• Clarified that one bid slot is reserved for the high-reputation set and one slot is open to both high- and low-reputation searchers
• Clarified that final winner ordering is determined by bid competitiveness, not reputation
• Added a subscription link for searchers to receive timely Chainlink SVR updates
