This repository contains a subset of the analyses supporting Crawford et al., Science 2025. It includes a collection of scripts, notebooks, and results focused on population genomics of Aedes aegypti and contains the analyses pertaining to insecticide resistance, admixture, and global migration patterns as described in the paper.
Contents
- analyses/: analysis scripts and notebooks for insecticide resistance, admixture and migration inference
- containers/: docker / singularity containers used in workflows
- reports/: summary tables, figures, and intermediate outputs
- resources/: environment and dependency specifications to reproduce analyses
- results/: processed results deriving from workflow routines
- workflows/: snakemake workflows for data processing and analysis
