This PR adds a dedicated action to the scene renderer for exporting scene video without any additional overlays (scene video is exported to
scene.mp4, timestamps - toscene_timestamps.csv). Only the plugin parameters (frame index/brightness/contrast) affect the output, 'reset settings' action is added to quickly restore the original video.The common functionality for exporting scene video is extracted to a mixin.
