Small docs follow-up for #597.
mcp.context-mode.docs/platform-support.mdnow reflects KiloCode in the TS-plugin bucket, includes Pi in MCP-only, and notes thatcontext-mode upgraderemoves stalemcp.context-modewhile preserving other MCP servers.Kept intentionally short so OpenCode/Kilo do not dominate the main docs.
