Add a menu for Feeling Lucky with Monitor Sync and Timer

Description

This PR introduces a new "Feeling Lucky" dropdown menu to the Hidamari interface. This feature allows users to quickly randomize their wallpapers with new synchronization and automation options.

Changes

• Feeling Lucky - Run now:
  • Added Sync monitors: Synchronizes the random selection across all connected displays.
  • Kept the old Random for each monitor: Individually randomizes the wallpaper for each screen. (Altered the code so it would make sure not to repeat for any monitor)
• Feeling Lucky - Timer:
  • Implemented a Change from time to time toggle.
  • Added a Time Slider: Allows users to set an interval between 1 minute and 1 hour for automatic wallpaper rotation.

Motivation

To provide a more dynamic user experience and give users better control over how often and how their wallpapers are randomized across multiple setups.
