This will need to change to only trim when all windows have finished drawing once we implement concurrent presentation, since there would be glyph fighting otherwise.

This PR adds headless mode support for
iced_wgpu, which will now be used iniced_test, and also decouples local renderer state from shared pipeline data to set the foundations for parallel multi-window rendering.
