* Added single character flags for most common options. * Added single character flags to docs. Removed -s and -t flags from skip and top because of conflicts with global flags. * Changed some of the tests to use single character flags. Added a few new tests. Fixed itwin repository tests not being run. Fixed itwin repository tests. Fixed imodel connection create not passing display-name flag.
* Removed unnecessary quotes from examples in docs. Removed unnecessary quotes from commands in integration tests. * Added quotes back to updateUrl parameters in integration tests
* Added examples from /docs to command help menus.

* Enabled relative paths in docsify. Switched to using relative paths in most `/docs` pages. * Added alias for paths in docsify in order to make paths matching `/docs/.*` resolve to `/.*`. This makes absolute paths in docsify match the absolute paths in repository. Updated absolute paths in `/docs` accordingly.
