index.md の語句を変更した。これまでの意図はそのままに、説明を分かりやすくしたつもりです。
変更前だと、「ん？過去の情報はあるけど、今アクティブなのかな？」という感じがしたので、ちょっと変えました。ただ、意味とか意図は変えてません。なんとなく控えめな感じなのは、そのままです。「次のイベントのことをもっと宣伝色を出したほうが良い」みたいな意見がありましたら、言ってください。または編集してください。
