… checks. (#4973) This PR is removing the need for `linear_solver` to depend on `GurobiIsCorrectlyInstalled` and `XpressIsCorrectlyInstalled`.
User can reenable them using: ```py from ortools.sat.python import cp_model cp_model.enable_warnings = True ```
