The design of the checklist is no longer really present.

I'd be fine to switch to the checklist. But the before and after effect is just quite heavy.

I think the checklist does not look very polished here yet. It would at least need some form of separation for me. We don't necessarily need the red backgrounds anymore. But maybe a different gray tone?
