This Pull Request consists of my implementation of Dynamic Hashing (specifically, Extendible Hashing which falls under the Dynamic Hashing umbrella), along with unit tests and modifications necessary to build and run the local test executables in my environment. This is Example 8 on the Extra Credit list.
