Looks fair to me, though I can't judge on the quality of the security provided by that homebrew... so I don't know if we should add a “do not use seriously” note

Adds totp-gb to the Homebrews > C list.
It's an open-source (MIT) TOTP / RFC 6238 two-factor authenticator for the Game Boy — written in C with GBDK-2020. Builds for DMG, GBC (own palettes) and SGB (procedural border), uses an MBC3+RTC cart for timekeeping, and stores accounts in battery-backed SRAM. Repo has a README, prebuilt ROMs, and a Lua-based verification harness.
