Chores
- first release via forgesworn/anvil v0.8 pipeline (replaces semantic-release)
- pin ci.yml action refs to commit SHAs (required by anvil strict-action-pins gate)
- bump actions/checkout to v6 and actions/setup-node to v6
- dev-dependency refresh (hono, vite, @hono/node-server, lodash-es)
Note: v4.5.4 was tagged but never reached npm — it was the first attempt at the anvil v0.8 pipeline and surfaced the two caller-side issues fixed above. Skipping 4.5.4 on npm in favour of 4.5.5.
Reproducible build: byte-identical output verified across two independent CI runners.
