Add open/closed findings tabs and detail panel to assessment history#135

Split the assessment History tab into Open and Closed Vulnerabilities sub-tabs themed to match the main assessment tabs. Add an 'Add Open Findings to this Assessment' button and a per-row Add button that clone a historical finding into the current assessment (deduped by tracking ID). Clicking a history row opens a slide-out side panel with the full vulnerability details.
