Urban Atlas products (ua2012, ua2018, ua_change_2012_2018) have a new required 'comment' column.
Features with specified values in the comment column are marked as exception items. Allowed comments are:

• Area size exception (at Urban Atlas FUA boundary)
• Area size exception (at Urban Atlas FUA boundary); Areas related to boundary update
• Area size exception (at Urban Atlas FUA boundary); Areas related to change
• Area size exception (inside Urban Atlas FUA boundary)

CLMS QC Tool Release 1.5.8

• Urban Atlas 2018 (UA2018, UA2012, UA2018_STL) product definitions have been configured to use updated AoI file (UA2012_2018_FUA_boundaries_20191206.gpkg) in the boundary package.
• Fixed system error in vector.gap check that occurred when unioning polygons with extremely large number of vertices.
• Shape_Area and Shape_Length have been configured as ignored columns (accepted, but not required) in Natura 2000 and Riparian Zones product definitions.

CLMS QC Tool Release 1.5.8 (Release Candidate 3)

Minimum mapping length (vector.mml) check is done on exterior ring only. This fixes a system error that occurred with features containing a pair of interior rings with a single common point.
