- Remove npm run deploy script and gh-pages devDependency
- Rewrite DEPLOYMENT.md to document Netlify Git integration only
- Simplify QUICK_START.md (remove multi-platform deploy options)
- Update README.md and CLAUDE.md deployment sections accordingly
