Implemented a full Argo CD workflow for the hello-world example, including dedicated provider and consumer app manifests, Argo CD projects for impersonation, and onboarding docs for creating small sync repos instead of pointing Argo CD at the full kubeplus repo.
Also expanded the example documentation to cover Argo CD installation, UI access, provider/consumer kubeconfig setup, enabling impersonation, applying the projects/apps, and validating provider sync by modifying the ResourceComposition through Argo CD.
