Implementation for the last part of the pap seg project. Main change is in infer_stats_from_segmented_regions, which post-processes a segmentation (e.g., erode a papillary at the most basic level) and computes image stats in the region. Added option to use kernel density function for thresholding, output additional stats (e.g., iqr), option to merge channels before or after postprocessing (e.g., to report statistics over both AP and PM stats instead of individually), and output postprocessed pngs.
