Pins risc0-zkvm and risc0-build to exact version 3.0.4 to match the Boundless CLI (boundless-cli 1.4.0) which uses risc0-zkvm 3.0.4. Without this pin, Cargo resolves to 3.0.5 which can produce R0BF binaries incompatible with the current CLI's binary format parser.
