Remove Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 license headers from all 46 documentation guide files. These headers were inherited from an internal documentation template and were inconsistent with the project's Apache 2.0 LICENSE file. The repo-level LICENSE file covers all files, so per-file headers are unnecessary. Also fix a typo in s3-examples.rst where the RST comment marker was ".d." instead of "..". sim: https://t.corp.amazon.com/V2177355284
