This pull request changes the compat entry for the
RecursiveArrayToolspackage from^2.3, ^2.4, ^2.8, ^2.9, ^3to^2.3, ^2.4, ^2.8, ^2.9, ^3, 4.This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
