Description of changes:
This PR introduces an example of custom workflow. Why? As it explains in the docs: https://github.com/awslabs/threat-composer/blob/main/docs/AI-CLI-MCP.md the extensibility of the AI workflow comes from forking and creating custom workflows, this PR introduces a baseline custom workflow so that users directly customize that one and keep the baseline as is.
