@tico24 @mkilchhofer @yu-croco I've not had a chance to dive into the oversized secret. Side effect this has allowed us to release workflows-3.10, but we should get this out asap. I'll take a look tomorrow if one of you don't beat me. Are we halted by the full CRDs discussion?

Yes, CI (GH action) cannot deal with the full CRDs since it uses what normal (imperative) helm user do.

I am out of ideas 🤷‍♂️ but I am open to any solution here.

Shall we migrate back the CRDs to the /crds directory?
Or shall we try to bump CI's helm version to v4 (sadly i assume this will not help either)?
