fix(qihoo360): Update download URL request method and clean up code

This pull request primarily cleans up the Qihoo360 driver code by removing redundant comments and making minor adjustments to API usage and configuration. • Updated the Addition struct in meta.go to change the JSON key for the API key from "api_key" to "Api key", which may impact configuration file compatibility.

Codebase cleanup and clarity:
