Welcome to my HR Analytics Dashboard project built using Power BI. This project is designed to analyze employee data and extract actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making in Human Resources (HR).

- ✅ Avg Job Satisfaction: 2.68 / 4
- ✅ Avg Age: 37.33 years
- ✅ Avg Years at Company: 11.73
- High Attrition observed among employees in Life Sciences and age groups 26–45.
- Sales Executive and Research Scientist are the most common roles.
- Attrition is highest during the first 0–3 years of tenure.
- Salary distribution is concentrated in the ₹5K–₹15K range.
- Gender distribution appears fairly balanced.
- Strengthen onboarding and engagement for new employees.
- Investigate reasons behind Life Sciences attrition.
- Review compensation structure and role-specific satisfaction levels.
- Offer development programs for mid-career professionals (26–45 age group).
