StudyBuddy: Your Collaborative Learning Hub

StudyBuddy is a Django-based web application designed to empower students to learn together. It allows users to connect, share resources, and collaborate on various projects.

Installation

Prerequisites:

  • Python 3.x
  • pip (Python package manager)

Setup:

  1. Clone the repository:

    git clone https://github.com/Sardorbek-Zayniyev/StudyBuddy.git
  2. Create a virtual environment:

    python -m venv venv
    source venv/bin/activate
  3. Install dependencies:

    pip install -r requirements.txt
  4. Run database migrations:

    python manage.py makemigrations
    python manage.py migrate
  5. Create a superuser:

    python manage.py createsuperuser
  6. Start the development server:

    python manage.py runserver

The app will be available at http://127.0.0.1:8000/.
