This is part of the initiative to get CICD for ENO setup like we have for clowder. This PR adds tests, dockerfile and job yaml that we will deploy in CRCD to make sure recent changes are good to roll out to ephemeral.
Once this is in I'll have to onboard the test image to konflux and wire up signals to auto rollout the changes to ephemeral.
Also this is my first time contributing to the ENO! So let me know if these tests cover enough.
