Move the Apple-specific client code from `client/src/cordova/apple` to `client/apple`. This change is part of an effort to reorganize the client code to be more platform-agnostic. The `cordova` directory should only contain code that is specific to the Cordova platform, not code that is specific to a particular OS. All references to the old path have been updated.
