Main changes explained:

  1. More padding around the chart and insights panel so content isn't squeezed against the edges.
  2. Bigger gap below the title/filters before the chart starts.
  3. More space between insight cards and more room inside each card.

How to test:

  1. check into current branch
  2. do npm install and ... to run this PR locally
  3. Clear site data/cache
  4. log as admin user
  5. go to dashboard→ /communityportal/reports/resourceusage
    (https://dev.highestgood.com/communityportal/reports/resourceusage)
  6. verify whether the spacing and layout proportions are as per the Figma grid system for consistent structure and alignment with no white space in between Resource Usage chart and the Insights panel.
