Automated Food Ordering System To make easy ordering food, I have developed this responsive website. I developed responsive website in order to make information, goods or services available on various platforms and devices. This is especially crucial if you are looking for new customers. In this system, there are two parts. Admin panel and customer panel.

1. Restaurant Admin

In admin portion, the admin can add food categories. According these categories admin can also add different food items. Items are described with picture, price, category, small description with food ingredients and taste. He can edit and update the items description. If he want delete any of them, he can do it. He also can manage the customer’s ordering profile.He can update shipping information. If customer fulfill the payment online then a message comes to the admin. Then he takes step to reach orders to customers.Admin can generate report with excel sheet and pdf form by searching a fixed date, month, year or specific food item.

2 Customer of restaurant

Customer service is a big component of running a restaurant. When something goes wrong or an incorrect order comes out of the kitchen, customers quickly take out a smartphone and share the bad service with anyone that has an Internet connection. What starts as a bad night in the kitchen ends up with a loss of customers over the next few weeks as people view the negative reviews. The restaurant is now on the receiving end of a negative review and faces the backlash that comes with that. Online ordering allows a restaurant to place customer service at the top of the menu. For customers who prefer to speak with an actual person when placing an order, they will no longer face frustration from busy phone lines or waiting on hold until a staff member can take their order. A customer can see the menus with its description and add to his cart as he need quantities. Then total amount with vat will show in his cart. When he want to checkout , he will be requested to registration or login. After registration the customer can see his profile details, cart and payment option. To order food he have to choose offline or online payment. By offline he can just booking his orders and will pay after shipment.By online payment he can pay by using his master card with paypal account. After fulfill payment, a successful message comes to admin and customer both.

3 Cook of restaurant

After payment , all order save to database and will showed to admin, cook and waiter panel. If admin take action to shift, Customer’s serving status will showed that food is in process. Cook get message to cook quickly.

4 Waiter of restaurant

After cooking if it is in restaurant delivery , then send message to waiter to serve on table. Waiter get message if it is in restaurant delivery. Otherwise, if it is in home delivery then he don’t get any message to serve.
