- Pick the apps to block (or block by category)
- Set your duration
- Start the session — selected apps are blocked until the timer expires
- Request an early unlock from inside the app
- Android: your accountability partner receives an SMS with a verification code; enter the code to unlock
- iOS: a cool-down timer runs with your partner's name on screen and notifications during the wait
