Fixed in 4f59161. The "Test Minify Action" step was failing because 4 discordian-vuln-mgmt translation files (_ar, _fr, _de, _nl) had unescaped <4 in their <title> tags, which the HTML minifier interpreted as invalid HTML tag openers. Changed < to < in those title tags. All HTML files now minify successfully.
