This PR adds a new skill
wpt-gen-manual-test-chromestatuswhich provides step-by-step instructions for manually testing the ChromeStatus integration in WPT-Gen. This acts as a smoke test to ensure metadata fetching and the subsequent audit/generation phases are working correctly.Proposed Changes:
