Turn months of manual literature review into days of structured, reproducible, AI-assisted research.

ResearchQ is a purpose-built platform for systematic reviews, scoping reviews, and evidence syntheses — combining the OpenAlex academic graph (250M+ papers) with Google Gemini to automate discovery, screening, extraction, and synthesis while keeping you in control of every decision.

What's Included

  • AI-configured projects — describe your domain in plain language; ResearchQ generates your keywords, analysis dimensions, and relevance criteria (all editable).
  • Six search strategies — Journal, Author, Topic, Database (IEEE, ACM, Springer, Elsevier, Wiley, SAGE…), Cited By, and References — every search logged and resumable.
  • AI relevance screening — every paper evaluated against your project's criteria, not a generic classifier.
  • Automatic metadata extraction — summary, methodology, population, region, platform, keywords.
  • Cross-reference matrix — sortable, filterable comparison table; export to CSV, BibTeX, or JSON.
  • 18 built-in methodologies — PRISMA, Cochrane, Kitchenham SLR, PRISMA-ScR, Arksey & O'Malley, JBI, PICO/SPIDER, ENTREQ, Meta-ethnography, GRADE, CASP, Newcastle-Ottawa, and more.
  • Guided phase execution with 20 auto-generated outputs — PRISMA flow diagrams, inclusion/exclusion tables, data extraction matrices, bibliometric analyses, thematic syntheses, protocol documents, GRADE evidence tables — downloadable as Markdown or DOCX.
  • Reproducibility by default — every search, screening decision, and extraction is recorded.

Built For

PhD students starting their first systematic review · postdocs and faculty juggling multiple review projects · research labs collaborating on shared reviews · interdisciplinary teams · grant applicants needing rapid literature landscapes.
