R scripts for the visualisation and interpretation of fisheries acoustics and whale sighting data collected on and around a super-swarm of krill.
These are R scripts to help analyse fisheries acoustics data of observations of a super-swarm of Antarctic krill collected in the East Antarctic (63°S, 79.7°E). There are also scripts to help visualise whale sightings data and coordinates of the super-swarm boundary.
These scripts can be used with the data found here: https://source.coop/mcox/testkrillswarm. The scripts can be used to make some of the figures and biomass estimates found in: Cox et al 'Super-swarms of krill provide an oasis for foraging whales'.
