<p>欢迎来到哈尔滨工业大学（深圳）量子光子学课题组！量子信息科学正处于变革性创新的前沿，我们课题组依托于哈尔滨工业大学（深圳）微纳光子学团队，致力于探索和开发碳化硅（SiC）光量子技术，这一技术
为基于量子缺陷的计算和传感等多个领域提供了全新的可能性。我们的研究对象是SiC色心，这一材料因其独特的物理特性，如长相干时间和室温下的稳定性，被广泛认为是构建下一代
量子设备的理想候选材料。更为重要的是，作为第三代半导体的SiC在CMOS工艺兼容性上有较大优势，在这一背景下，我们的研究重点包括碳化硅色心的片上自旋操纵、基于片上集成的
碳化硅色心的高灵敏度量子精密测量、构建不同的碳化硅色心光量子器件等。在这里，我们不仅追求学术的深度和广度，也努力将研究成果转化为实际应用。
