Apply custom styling to toolbar extension button for dark theme.

This is a workaround for Qt's toolbar extension button (overflow arrow)
which uses a dark icon that is invisible on dark backgrounds. In dark theme,
we apply custom styling and replace the icon with a light-colored version.
