I am with a user, troubleshooting their issue. We exchange a couple of messages fine. Then the user stops responding. I keep sending them more messages, but they do not respond. I get up, take the elevator down to their floor, walk over to their desk, and ask what is going on. The user has no idea that I pinged them. That moment, my last 4x messages pop up on their screen.
It never ever happened in our infrastructure, over more than 15 years, that messages pooled and got stuck, with any of half a dozen clients that we use. Yaxim is the only one with which it happens. Is this by design?
