NUnit2XmlOutputWriter has no constructor taking zero arguments

Hi,
The line
runner.Writer = new NUnitOutputTextWriter (runner, null, new NUnitLite.Runner.NUnit2XmlOutputWriter ());
is not correct and won't build if one removes the if/endif. NUnitOutputTextWriter takes a DateTime which i don't understand why it is required.
