Failing miserable at ASRock z270 Taichi & rtx 3060 modding

I don't know what gave me the wild hair up my ass to want to play around with this but I decided I wanted to give this a go and see if I could get this to work. I flashed everything and modified everything I thought what was proper and windows would Boot and everything but the largest value that I can set in rebar state within windows is a value of 9. if I set it to 10 or anything above I get a blank screen but Windows does boot I can hear the notifications in the background but the monitor just doesn't work. So a maximum value of 512 MB which is kind of pathetic to go through all this for. Can anyone give me some pointers as far as doing this for ASRock and a z270 board I have an i7 7700k processor I know this is ancient hardware we're talking about here but as soon as I get three or four grand to throw around and make another really good rig to last me a couple years I'll get right on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated guys.

Funny enough I did manage to get my hands on 3 or 4 grand and i put together a new rig. BUT YES I would like to underfstand how to do this properly becasue my z270 rig is stilll perfectly operational and I would like to be able to keep using it and squeezing every bit of performance out of it that i can. Are there any tips or suggestions or anything you could help e with? Do you need any further description of my hardware? Thank you for responding

@travibe are you able to find "Above 4G Decoding" setting inside your bios (is it under Advanced -> Chipset Configuration)?

Or if you could give me some screenshot/photo of the advanced menu, and the settings listed inside CPU Configuration and Chipset Configuration... to figure out what needs to be unhidden if necessary.
