Modded File saving as .ROM Bios Unable to verify

Title pretty much says it all. X470 Gigabyte Aorus Ultra Gaming with a R7 2700 trying to get rebar enabled for my new Arc B580 and for some reason every time I follow the steps properly my Q-Flash says that is cannot read my image when trying to flash the modded BIOS. Am i trying to mod the wrong bios version? Is there a specific way to have to save it? Do I have to convert it manually after the fact somehow? I am quite lost and thinking it may be worth the $75 at this point to find a new CPU with native rebar support haha.

rename the bios image to what your flash utility expected and remove flash protection using any method proven to work if your firmware has any kind of protection.
